Audit the formatting consistency of a Word document. I have pasted an outline with style names where known, plus notes on what I see: [OUTLINE_AND_NOTES]. Style guide we should follow: [STYLE_GUIDE].

Check headings that skip levels, headings formatted by hand rather than a style, inconsistent capitalisation in headings (report the percentage following the rule, with counts), mixed list styles, inconsistent spacing, abbreviations introduced twice or never, numbers and dates written in different ways, and inconsistent terminology for the same thing. List each issue with an example, the fix and the count per category. Where the style guide is silent, say which choice appears most often and recommend following it. Explain how to find manual formatting with the Styles pane and Reveal Formatting and reapply styles in bulk [VERIFY], with a short list of find-and-replace checks. Say what you cannot judge from pasted text, such as fonts and spacing. Rank the categories by how visible they are to a reader and say which to fix first. Ask me for the missing style names rather than guessing, and keep the find-and-replace list to checks that are safe to run on a copy.
